• he has ADHD - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a problem of not being able to focus, being overactive, not being able control behavior, or a combination of these (he is very hyper yet very calm it mainly happens when hes not drawing hes basically a gemini he somewhere yet his mind is somewhere eles at that moment like people who have this can easily understand what its like he's not moving none stop no he just get distracted very quickly and wanders off to something else cause he not interested and for the hyperactive part he shakes his leg allot to focus his energy to his leg or plays with his hands but when he draws he very calm and not figity which gose into the next two ↓↓↓)
• OCD or in his case CDO(letters in order because he so "OCD") -  Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions).(this mainly has to do with his art like ANY artist when they make the wrong line or mess up basically...he freaks the fuck out when something like that happens and becomes all depress and says "WHY DID I DO THAT OMG- JUST KILL ME, IM A DISGRACE TO ALL ARTIST EVERY WHERE//sobs in corner//" even if its the slightest line he obsessed with his art not looking bad which leads to ↓↓↓)
• Perfectionism - refusal to accept any standard short of perfection; a disposition to regard anything short of perfection as unacceptable. basically everything has to be perfect (yeahh basically only with art tho)
  
• Bipolar disorder - Bipolar disorder is a condition in which a person has periods of depression and periods of being extremely happy or being cross or irritable.(he gets frustrated with his art other wise he can control it very well and seems normal as of he doesn't have it it only happens when something goes wrong with his art he started to get angry throws a fit then gets sad cause it broke or he cant fix it then gets depressed then goes back to normal and continues to draw)
• he loves Leonardo da Vinic and his work as well as Vincent van gogh and surprisingly Adolf Hitler(only his art work tho this is some of AH's work [1] [2] [3] so yeah that's why, he's actually very good. im very jelly) and many more artist

History:
The French astronomer Nicolas Louis de Lacaille first described the constellation as le Chevalet et la Palette (the easel and palette) in 1756, and gave Bayer designations to ten stars now named Alpha to Nu Pictoris (he erred in naming the wrong star with the Greek letter epsilon, which is now not used).He labelled it Equuleus Pictorius on his 1763 chart., the word "Equuleus" meaning ass, small horse, or easel, perhaps from an old custom among artists of carrying a canvass on a donkey.Johann Bode called it Pluteum Pictoris. The name was shortened to Pictor in 1845 by Francis Baily on the suggestion of Sir John Herschel. Pluteum was his old name given by Richard Andree though he never went threw with it and so he abandoned him, Nicholas Louis de Lacaille took/found him and re-named him)
